A short entry: a summary of the public record, checked against its sources, not yet read and analysed by Gianluca. How the register works

On 25 May 2026 myGaru announced the go-live of a nationwide cross-telecom identity infrastructure in Ukraine, integrated across mobile operators Kyivstar, Vodafone Ukraine and lifecell, with fixed-line operator Ukrtelecom previously integrated. Subscriber identities are pseudonymised by operators before entering the system, generating session-based tokens, and audiences can be activated on Google, Meta and TikTok without personal data crossing borders.
